SHRIMP WITH MAYONNAISE SAUCE

SAUCE:
1/4 Cup Low Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt
1 Teaspoon Lime Peel, grated
1 1/2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Teaspoon Capers, chopped
Dash of Red Ground Pepper

SHRIMP:
2 Teaspoons Cumin
2 Teaspoons Paprika
1 Teaspoon Coriander
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
48 Large Shrimp, peeled
and de-veined
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil, divided

Combine all the ingredients together for the sauce and set aside. Combine the first 5 ingredients for the shrimp together. Mix well. Add the shrimp and toss to cover. Heat 1 1/2 teaspoon of the oil in a pan. Add half the shrimp and cook 3 minutes on each side.Repeat the procedure for the remaining shrimp. Serve with the sauce.
