SHRIMP KABOBS IN CURRY BUTTER |
2 Teaspoons Low Calorie Margarine

3/4 Pound Fresh Shrimp, whole,

Prepare grill. Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Melt in the Microwave 40-60 secondsor until melted. Alternate the next 3 ingredients on 4 skewers or use a kabob basket. Brush each kabob with the curry butter. Place on a grill and cook for 4-5 minutes or until done. Turn at least once and brush with the butter mixture again. Serve. |
