WEST INDIES SHRIMP |
12 Cups Water

1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add shrimp and seasoning. Cook 3 minutes.Drain and cool completely. Place shrimp in a large zip lock bag. Add the remaining ingredients Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove shrimp from bag but reserve the marinade. Peel shrimp. Place in a large bowl. Add the marinade. Toss to coat. Serve. |
