WEST INDIES SHRIMP

12 Cups Water
2 Pounds Medium Shrimp, unpeeled
2 Teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 Cup Onion, chopped

1 Cup Green Pepper, chopped
3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Add shrimp and seasoning. Cook 3 minutes.Drain and cool completely. Place shrimp in a large zip lock bag. Add the remaining ingredients Seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove shrimp from bag but reserve the marinade. Peel shrimp. Place in a large bowl. Add the marinade. Toss to coat. Serve.
