GARLIC SHRIMP IN YOGURT SAUCE

1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
8 Garlic Cloves, minced
3/4 Cups Water
2 Tablespoons Cumin, ground
1 Teaspoon Coriander, ground

1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric, ground
1 1/2 Pounds Shrimp, peeled
and de-veined
2 Teaspoons Flour
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 (8 OZ) Fat Free Plain Yogurt
3/4 Cup Green onions, sliced

Heat oil in a large non-stick pan, over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in water, and next 3 ingredients. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 7 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Combine flour yogurt, and sugar together. Add to shrimp mixture. Cover; cook 4 minutes. Stir in onions and serve.
