GARLIC SHRIMP IN YOGURT SAUCE |
1 1/2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil

1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric, ground

Heat oil in a large non-stick pan, over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in water, and next 3 ingredients. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 7 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 3 minutes. Combine flour yogurt, and sugar together. Add to shrimp mixture. Cover; cook 4 minutes. Stir in onions and serve. |
