BAKED FISH WITH OLIVE CRUMB COATING

2 1/4 Pounds Red Snapper
or Lean White Fish
Cooking Spray
3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1/2 Cup Green Olives, chopped
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon Bottled Garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
1 (2.25 Ounce) Can Chopped Olives, drained
6 Lemon Wedges

Preheat oven to 450°. Arrange fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combined the next 7 ingredients together. Spread this mixture over the fish, press firmly. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with the lemon wedges.
