2 1/4 Pounds Red Snapper

2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano

Preheat oven to 450°. Arrange fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combined the next 7 ingredients together. Spread this mixture over the fish, press firmly. Bake for 12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with the lemon wedges. |
