SHRIMP WITH FETA CHEESE

1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
3/4 Teaspoon Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper
1 Pound Shrimp, peeled
and de-veined
3 Cloves Garlic, crushed
Cooking Spray

1/2 Cup White Wine
3 Cups Tomatoes, diced
3/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
4 Cups Cooked Linguine
1/4 Cup Parsley, minced

Preheat oven to 350°. Heat oil in a pan Add the next 4 ingredients and sauté for 3 minutes. Get an 11 x 7 baking dish and spray it with cooking spray. Add the shrimp mixture to it. Add the wine to a skillet, and the tomato. Reduce the mixture until the liquid is only 1/4 Cup. About 3 minutes. Pour over the shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with thecheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serve with the pasta.
