GRILLED HAM & CHEESE SANDWICH |
4 (1 1/2 OZ) French Bread Slices

1/2 Cup Fat Free Milk

Cut a slit in each bread slice to form a pocket. Spread the mustard into each. Divide the cheese and ham evenly among the bread. Combine the next 2 ingredients in a bowl. Whisk together. Dip the sandwiches into the milk mixture. Heat a skillet over medium heat coated with cooking spray. Add 2 sandwiches and cook 2 minutes on each side or until browned. Serve. |
