AVOCADO TURKEY SANDWICH

1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
2 Slices Sourdough Bread
2 Ounces Skinless Roast Turkey
Breast, sliced

1/2 Tomato, sliced
1 Ounce Avocado, sliced
1/2 Cup Alfalfa Sprouts

Spread the bread with the mustard. Top one slice with the turkey and the remaining ingredients. Place the other slice of bread on top. Cut in half and serve.
