GRILLED CUBAN SANDWICH |
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

6 OZ Deli Style Ham
|
Spread mustard over cut sides of bread. Arrange Half of the cheese and ham on bottom half of loaf. Top with pickle slices. Repeat layer. Cover with top half of bread. Cut into quarters. Heat a heavy skillet coated with cooking spray. Add sandwiches, press downwith another heavy skillet. Cook for 2 minutes on each side. Serve. |
