GRILLED CHICKEN & TAPENADE SANDWICHES

1 1/2 Cup Diced Seeded Tomatoes
2 Tablespoon Pitted Kalamata Olives, thinly sliced
1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, chopped
1 Taplespoon Fresh Flat Parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

1 Teaspoons Fresh Oregano, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
5 Teaspoons Olive Oil Divided
1 Pound Skinless, Boneless Chicken Breast
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
Cooking Spray
1/4 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
4 (2 OZ) Cianatta Rolls

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Add 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil. Toss to combine. Let Stand 15 minutes. Prepare Grill cook with cooking Spray. Brush Chicken with the remaining Oil. Grill 6 inutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes. Add Cheese to the tomato Mixture. gently stir. Arrange chicken on bottom half of Rolls. Top each with the tomato Mixture. Serve.
