1 1/2 Cup Diced Seeded Tomatoes

1 Teaspoons Fresh Oregano, chopped

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl. Add 2 Teaspoons Olive Oil. Toss to combine. Let Stand 15 minutes. Prepare Grill cook with cooking Spray. Brush Chicken with the remaining Oil. Grill 6 inutes on each side. Let stand 5 minutes. Add Cheese to the tomato Mixture. gently stir. Arrange chicken on bottom half of Rolls. Top each with the tomato Mixture. Serve. |
