2 Tablespoons Feta Cheese, crumbled

8 Slices Tomato
|
Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Place 2 tomato slices on 4 slices of bread.Sprinkle with the pepper. Arrange cucumber on top. Add the remaining 3 ingredients to the vinaigrette mixture that was set aside. Toss to coat and place on the bread dividing equally among the 4 slices. Top with the remaining bread slices. Serve. |
