PESTO CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES |
1/2 Cup Low Fat Mayonaise
| 1 Cup Celery, diced

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Stir in the next 3 ingredients. Spread 1/2 Cup of the mixture evenly over 10 slices of the bread. Top each with 2 Tablespoons red pepper and 1 Lettuce leaf. Cover with the other slice of Bread and Serve. |
