PESTO CHICKEN SALAD SANDWICHES

1/2 Cup Low Fat Mayonaise
1/3 Cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt
1/3 Cup Pesto Sauce
1 1/3 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
4 Cups cubed, skinless boneless rotisserie Chicken breast

1 Cup Celery, diced
1/3 Cup Walnuts, chopped
1 Pound Focaccia Bread, toasted and cut into 20 slices
1 (12 oz) Bottle Roasted Peppers, drained and chopped
10 Romaine Lettuce Leaves

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Stir in the next 3 ingredients. Spread 1/2 Cup of the mixture evenly over 10 slices of the bread. Top each with 2 Tablespoons red pepper and 1 Lettuce leaf. Cover with the other slice of Bread and Serve.
