TURKEY WRAP

1 Avocado, pitted and
sliced into 16 wedges
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
4 Sun Dried Tomato or Spinach
Flavored Flour Tortillas
12 Slices Deli Turkey Breast
(about 8 ounces)

1 Tomato, cut into 8 slices
1/4 Cup Salsa
1/4 Cup Plain Non Fat Yogurt

In a small bowl, toss the avocado and lemon juice together to prevent discoloration. Place tortillas on a work surface. Top the right half of each with 3 slices turkey, 2 tomato slices and 4 slices avocado. In a small bowl combine the salsa and yogurt. Drizzle over each. Season with pepper and roll up. Serve.
