TURKEY WRAP |
1 Avocado, pitted and

1 Tomato, cut into 8 slices
|
In a small bowl, toss the avocado and lemon juice together to prevent discoloration. Place tortillas on a work surface. Top the right half of each with 3 slices turkey, 2 tomato slices and 4 slices avocado. In a small bowl combine the salsa and yogurt. Drizzle over each. Season with pepper and roll up. Serve. |
