TURKEY WITH A TWIST

1/2 Cup Honey Mustard Spread
1/2 Pound Lean Turkey
1 Cucumber, sliced

8 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
Pepper, to taste

Spread the mustard over the bread slices. Distribute the turkey and cucumber evenly over 4 bread slices. Top with the other slice of bread. Cut in half and serve.
