Parmesan Green Beans

| Ingredients: |
2 Teaspoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
1 Each Red Pepper, chopped
1 Each Scallions, chopped

1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/2 Teaspoon black Pepper
14 ounces Frozen Green Beans
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

| Combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Divide all ingredients evenly. Put this in 2 bags. Put the green beans in another 2 bags. And the Parmesan cheese in another 2 bags. Then put all in a Large bag and Label with name and cooking Instructions.
To cook: Steam the Green beans for about 3 minutes only. Heat a skillet over meduim heat. Add the pepper mixture and the beans. Saute about 5 minutes or until the beans looked cooked and heated.
Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese. Stir and serve.
