Ingredients:
Nonstick Cooking Spray
6 Each Trader Joes Chicken Breast Meat, Frozen
6 Slices Kraft Swiss Fat Free Singles
1 Can Campbell Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup White Wine
2 Cups Sourdough Stove Top Stuffing, dry
6 Tablespoons Take Control Butter Spread, Melted
Spray 3 Baking Pans 9x13 Place 2 breasts in each Pan. Place 1 slice cheese on top of each Breast In a bowl mix the soup and Wine. Scoop equal amounts of Soup Mixture over each Breast. Sprinkle equal Amounts of of stuffing mix over each Breast. Then Melt the butter and spoon 1 Tablespoon over each Breast. Preheat Oven to 350 and Baked uncovered for 1 hour. Freeze the other 2. Take out 3 days prior to cooking to thaw. Last 3 months in the freezer.
