Light Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Fat-free dry milk
1 1/2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
2 teaspoons Chicken broth, ganuales
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Nutmeg, pinch
2 Cups Cold Water
1 Cup Broccolli
4 Cups cooked chicken, Diced
6 Ounces Spagetti, cooked until just tender
2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, Grated
Paprika
In a large saucepan, combine the first 8 Ingredients Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, until mixture is thickened and bubbly. Arrange cooked noodles in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Pour sauce over all then sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and a little paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
