Fettucine with Chicken and Asparagus

Cooking Spray
3/4 Pound Trader Joes Organic Whole Wheat
Spagetti
1 1/2 Cups Asparagus -- Diced
3 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast -- sliced
1/2 Cup onion -- diced
1 Zest of Lemon

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Cups nonfat milk
1/4 Cup White Wine
1/2 Cup Buitoni Light Alfredo Sauce
1/4 Cup Dijon mustard

| Cook Pasta for 3 Minutes ONLY! It will bake the rest of the way when
cooked. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl
Spray the Baking Pans. Add 2 cups Spagetti to each. Divide the Chicken
Mixture Evenely between the pans.
Preheat oven to 350. Cover and bake for 45 Minutes.
Freeze the other 2. Take out 3 days prior to cooking to thaw. Last 3 months in the freezer.
