Slow Cooked Barbequed Beef

Ingredients:
2 Pounds Beef Chuck Roast
1 Cup Yellow Onion, Diced
1 Teaspoon Garlic, Minced
2 Cups Ketchup
1/4 Cup Balsamic vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, Packed
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
2 Teaspoons Liquid Smoke flavoring
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Place the roast in a crockpot. Place all the other remaining ingredients on top.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Can shred this and serve with hambuger buns. Other wise just slice. Freeze the remaining in two frezzer bags.
