FETA OMELETTE

5 Tablespoons Water
4 Eggs4 Egg Whites
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs

1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/4 Cup Green Onions, sliced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon fresh Oregano, chopped

Preheat broiler. Combine first 3 ingredients, in a bowl and stir well. Heat oil in a panover medium heat. Add breadcrumbs and cook 1 minute. Spread egg mixture into the pan and top with cheese. Put pan in the broiler and broil for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining ingredients and serve.
