1 1/4 Cups Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with a beater on high speed. In a medium bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Mix well and stir into the wet ingredients. Beat with a mixer until well blended. Pour into muffin cups 2/3 full.Bake 25 - 30 minutes until brown on top. |
