Preheat Oven to 425°. Line baking sheet with foil. In a medium bowl, beat the liquid egg, egg white, orange juice concentrate and vanilla, until well blended. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture and coat on both sides. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 2 to 3 minutes. In a medium bowl combine the strawberries, orange sections, orange liqueur and toss gently. Place 2 slices of french toast on each plate. Add fruit mixture to the side. Dust each slice of toast with confectioner's sugar.
