BANANA PANCAKES

3/4 Cup Flour
6 Tablespoons Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/4 Teaspoons Baking Powder
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 Teaspoons Sugar

1 Large Egg
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
3 Tablespoons Melted Butter
2 Ripe Banana's, peeled and thinly sliced

In a bowl mix the first 5 ingredients. In another bowl mix the next 3 ingredients together.Add to the dry ingredients until moist. Ladle batter, 1/4 Cup at a time onto a lightly sprayed griddle, over medium heat. Scatter 3-5 banana slices on each pancake. Cook 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook 3-4 minutes longer. Serve.
