EGG McMUFFIN |
1 Each English Muffin

2 Tablespoons Nonfat Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Cook the egg substitute in a pan sprayed with cooking spray until done. (Cook it like anomelet and fold over as it gets cooked) Spread the cream cheese on each side of themuffin. Add the egg, bacon and sprinkle with the cheese. Microwave on high for 30-50 seconds until the cheese is melted. |
